A Texas Style (ATS) is an online shopping mall which hosts multiple
vendors, therefore each has their own seperate return/refund/exchange
policy. ATS will make every attempt to contact the vendor on behalf of the
customer and give you explicit details on how to handle the item
return/exchange/refund. In some cases items may not be returned if used,
i.e. clothing, shoes, etc.. This is not an exclusive list. All items will be
researched on an as needed basis.

Gifts

Upon request pricing information for gifts will be removed from items shipped.

Shipping

All items are sent via standard shipping unless expressed otherwise, custom items or food items may require additional time. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

Food items may require special shipping and normal delivery times may not apply. Again, food items may not be returned unless special circumstances apply. Please contact customerservice@atexasstyle.com for questions.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. Most items can be shipped to Alaska & Hawaii except A. Grocery items B. Gourmet food items. C. Some outdoor living/tools hardware that are oddly shaped, heavy or considered hazardous. The product detail page should indicate availability of shipping to Alaska & Hawaii.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses. A Texas Style does not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

International Shipping & Customs. At this time, A Texas Style does not ship internationally.

US Protectorates (including Puerto Rico). A this time A Texas Style does not ship to these areas

Prisons. Since prisons can only receive items via US Mail, ATS will not ship to prisons. If you are ordering for someone that is in prison or works at a prison, have it delivered to you and then ship the item to them via U.S. mail.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Cancellations can be done before an item is shipped. Once the item has shipped, the return policy will be in effect. Please contact us at customerservice@atexasstyle.com to cancel an order.

Returns and Exchange policy as follows: We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Clothing must have original tags and cannot have been worn and shoes cannot have been worn. Food items cannot be returned, unless there are special circumstances due to condition of item upon receipt. We can replace the item or give a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees and a restocking fee of 15%. Returns on customized items are generally not accepted. All exchanges or returns of customized items will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A pick-up fee might apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.

Please allow 30 days for the processing of your return.

All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.
