Returns and Exchanges

At A Texas Style! we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied, please do not hesitate to let us know within 30 days and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund. A Texas Style! is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above .We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price within 30 days.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 30 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the
intervening time period. A pick-up fee might apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., DHL, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. A Texas Style! is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, A Texas Style! will provide a prepaid DHL return label.

All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit or exchange to be issued.

Order cancellation
Please order personalized and monogrammed items carefully; personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be canceled, and personalized and monogrammed items are not returnable.
You may cancel any A Texas Style order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
